Issue 91: Jardins sous la pluie

I was out first thing this morning, driving through rain and sun and blue skies and wind all at once.

The combination was extraordinarily beautiful; the rain driving in straight lines into the windscreen, the standing water shimmering as the wind blew it across the road, the sky a lapis lazuli blue, and the trees glowing in bright sun, all at the same time.

The Debussy piano piece “Jardins sous la pluie”  filled my head, and accompanied me along my way. Here is it being played by a 10-year-old boy!!!  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TaU6H34c06o
